I design product decisions that change behavior, not just screens.

I am a Senior Product Designer with over 15 years of experience working in B2B SaaS, fintech, AI, and regulated products, focused on designing the decisions inside products that drive adoption, retention, and revenue. I have spent most of my career inside messy systems where the UI was not the problem, the decision behind it was. That is where I do my best work. Access models, defaults, incentives, sequencing, and constraints are the levers I care about, because they are what turn shipped features into actual behavior. I work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to turn strategy into systems that get used, not just discussed.

Outside of work, I am a husband, a new father, and someone who has learned to channel what used to be caffeinated-squirrel energy into focus and leverage. Coffee still plays a role. So do early mornings. That stage of life has made me far less interested in output for output’s sake and far more interested in work that actually moves the needle. If something ships and nobody uses it, I consider that debt, not success.
